Drake has been in the insurance industry since 1976. After graduating from the University of Washington, he gained experience as an agent at Safeco before returning home to work for the family business, Nicholson & Associates. His parents started the company in his hometown of Centralia, WA, and since then, he has grown the business, opening additional locations in Western Washington. His favorite part about working in the insurance industry is making sure that members of his community feel secure so that they can lead happy lives. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid tennis player and member of USTA, and also enjoys biking and playing the guitar.
