Roxanne Smith

Roxanne has been a valued team member since 2005. She is a commercial lines agent and the manager of the Packwood office. Roxanne says, "I define success by the end of my day. If I can leave work satisfied that I did my job to the best of my ability, then I was successful." Each day she focuses on loyalty, friendship, and honesty: characteristics that make her great to work with for clients and coworkers alike. In her free time, Roxanne enjoys the outdoors. She enjoys camping, fishing, and finding rivers to swim in. She likes going on adventures with her family, which include a twin sister who is her best friend.
